Engagements

Triage and related services are delivered under a master services agreement and statement of work. Scope, deliverables, SLAs, and fees are defined in those documents.

Limitation

Severity Labs makes no warranty that any program will identify all vulnerabilities. Triage is a process, not a guarantee.
